Pre-retreat:
:45 min virtual preparation session
Friday:
-Arrive in the afternoon in Peekskill, NY. Check into Hotel (2 hotels are offered: Holiday Inn or The Abbey @additional cost)
-2 hour psycholytic session (low dose) with integration at Alexa's office in the Hat Factory (5 min ride from either location)
Saturday:
-1.5 hour deep tissue massage with Sundar Dias.
-3 hour psychedelic Ketamine session with integration
Sunday:
-1 hour Integrative Astrology session with Kristy Cohen
-75 min yoga class at PranaMoon Yoga.
-:45 min in-person integration session
-Head home in the afternoon with new insights, more flexible perspectives and a calmer body
